ABOUT THE AWARDS

The annual Games for Change (G4C) Awards celebrates the year's best games for social impact and learning. All awards are competitive and creators may opt into as many award categories as they see fitting. Four finalists will be determined in each award category and winners will be announced during an on-stage ceremony at the G4C Festival.

  • Best Learning Game*
  • Best XR for Change Experience
  • Best Student Game*
  • People's Choice Award
  • Game of the Year

A professional jury will review all submissions and recognize four finalists in each category. Each finalist will receive two complimentary passes to the G4C Festival & G4C VR for Change Summit (June 17-19, 2019) and the opportunity to present their game as part of the Awards Showcase for Festival attendees to play.

Winners in all categories will be announced on stage at the Festival’s Awards Ceremony.
